Dr. Daniel Moreno is a board-certified general surgeon with specialized training in minimally invasive surgery. He completed his post-graduate training at Tijuana General Hospital. With a passion for providing compassionate care and utilizing the latest advancements in medical technology, Dr. Moreno is dedicated to delivering exceptional surgical outcomes and improving the lives of patients.

- Dr. Moreno is Certified by the Mexican Council of General Surgery (CMCG).
- He holds a General Surgeon Degree from Baja California Autonomous University (UABC).
- He pursued further specialized training in Advanced Bariatric, Minimally Invasive and
- Endoluminal Surgery at IRCAD, Strasbourg, France.
- Dr. Moreno is currently certified by the American Heart Association for providing Advanced
- Cardiovascular Life Support.
Academic Trajectory
Dr. Moreno currently serves as Assistant Professor at The Academy of Surgical Innovation, proctoring medical students from Tijuana's local Universities, imparting his elegant skills into the next generation of surgeons. He has also participated in several conferences at The Academy lecturing in topics such as advanced laparoscopy, quality improvement in bariatric surgery and metabolic nutrition. He is also assistant professor of at the International Institute of Metabolic Medicine, supervising the preparation of registered nurses pursuing further education in surgical nursing.
