I had been overweight since I was 8 years old It started off as just a few pounds here and there, but by age 37 I was nearly 227 pounds. I had high blood pressure, and could not sleep well. It didn’t help that I ate whatever I wanted and then i will do extreme diets on try to lose weight I knew I needed to take control of my health, but another diet was not going to work this time. I have been following occ for the past few years in social media, seen the amazing results and the great feedback of patients who had surgery at occ was the push that i need it.
