After surgery, I followed the guidelines given to me by OCC and had great success with weight loss. 6 months post-op, I was down 90 pounds from my highest weight. I am now 155 pounds, with a total loss of 130 pounds. My physical and mental health are transformed. I can move around easier, fit in normal clothes, and do things with my friends/family I could never do before. I can LIVE my life as a 25 year old and not worry about my weight being at the forefront of my brain at all times. The journey hasn’t been easy – it has taken a lot of determination and hard work, but it has been SO worth it. The tool that OCC has given me truly saved my life.
