I had a close friend that told me about OCC and seeing her success was very inspiring! So I started reading about OCC and made the decision that it was the right thing for me too!
My name is Kylie and thanks to OCC, I’ve successfully lost 112 lbs and kept it off. Before finding OCC and making the decision to have the vertical sleeve gastrectomy, I tried weight loss programs, doctor-led diets and supplements, trainers, and various fitness programs with minimal success. I was always REALLY good at losing 10lbs, but not much more and I always gained it back (and then some) until I weighed 260lbs. Not only did the Obesity Control Center help me lose weight, but it helped give me my life back. Now I’m able to live my life the way I had always envisioned. I have energy and strength. I even went after my dream job! It has been an amazing journey and I can’t thank Dr. Ortiz and his amazing staff enough for their expertise and care. Overall it was an amazing experience and the best decision for me. I will forever be thankful to the Obesity Control Center.
