Let me scroll down memory lane, It’s been only 3 months 4 days in total 111 days ago Obesity Control Center and Dr. Ariel Ortiz changed my life. I started my journey at 223 pounds. I went into surgery with the help of Dietitian/Nutritionist Lucia with her guidance. I lost 32 pounds before surgery in which I was 191 pounds. I barely made the cut lol. Today I’m happy to announce that I’m 161 pounds, has it been easy??? Absolutely not. But it’s been so worth it! I’m glad that I’m finally seeing better days, and a healthier lifestyle. Thanks to the Obesity Control Center.
