On March 18, 2022, I had my surgery and, if I'm being completely honest, 'The only regret is I didn't do it sooner'! Yes, you read that right. After years and years of doing the hard mental work, getting my head on right and doing whatever I could to lose the weight but constantly failing, I FINALLY found the physical help to match the mental. This is a tool, this is not a quick weight loss scheme. You have to do the work, you have to be mentally ready, you have to accept that there will be ups and downs, you have to be willing to give yourself grace. If you are there, then this is 100% for you. And, without any doubt, OCC is 100% for you. This place is amazing and state of the art, the staff is so caring and helpful and the surgeons are outstanding. I traveled alone and never, at any point, felt unsafe. I would highly recommend OCC, as a matter of fact I have several friends. My before picture in January 2022 is the one that made me finally say enough is enough. We were on a trip to Disneyland and I was tired, out of breath and worried that every ride would be too small. The after picture is January 2023 on a trip to NYC with some friends. This is -118 pounds and -55 inches, a tight size 20 jeans to a comfortable, maybe even a bit loose size 10 jeans, a size 2X top to a size M. It is all totally, totally, totally worth it.
