Referrals, a couple of friends that had their surgery at OCC and all the research i made.
My new life started at OCC. The best decision I’ve ever made. After doing a vast research and spoken with a few patients and friends I felt confident and comfortable to make the decision. Unfortunately my time was during the covid pandemic, however I was really thankful for all the effort OCC put in to keep working as usual with all the high security measures for a healthy environment for us as patients and the clinic staff. I’m glad I had the opportunity to meet great people, my great experience started with Habacuc OCC driver, Pablo and Ale at the reception desk and support, Efren and Lucia answering my daily hundred crazy questions regarding logistics and diet, probably silly questions sometimes. And of course Dr Ortiz, Dr Martinez, Dr David, Dr Alma and all the great nurses around and throughout may “big day”, July 31st, 2020. On a 1-10 scale I would give a 12 to OCC and all I can say is THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart cause even though I might be just a patient number for OCC they made me feel like a good old friend. OCC put me on a new path, now it’s my turn to keep me on it to achieve the success I’m looking for. It really was such a nice experience, the pandemic shook the process a bit but OCC took the necessary care at all times. I probably missed a couple of names from OCC but i do really have their faces in my mind with a big smile at all times and trying to make me feel smiling, that really helped a lot and helped me stay relaxed before and after surgery. Muchas gracias OCC, definitivamente llevo la camiseta OCC bien puesta y compartiré mi experiencia con todos aquellos que como yo sufren y han sufrido los estragos de la obesidad, MUCHAS GRACIAS!!!
