I’ve always struggled with my weight

My friend had gone to Dr Ortiz and has amazing results.
I always felt like I was over weight, Of course I look back now and realize that I was not over weight at all. I never had anyone to teach me how to eat healthy or how to even stay healthy. My weight went up and down over my teen and adult years. When I had my daughter in 2005 my weight continued to rise and I had reached my heaviest weight of 275#. I had three back surgeries in the past and knew that if I didn’t do something about my weight, that I would end up needing more surgeries. The first of September 2017 I made my appointment to have the gastric sleeve surgery on December 28th, 2017. On September 6, 2017 I was in a car accident that cause some health issues. I went to OCC December 27, 2017. I have my surgery on the 28th as scheduled and I began my journey! Did I mention that I had a broken ankle at the time? Since I had my gastric sleeve surgery, I have had two more back surgeries due to that car accident. My orthopedic surgeon has stated that if I hadn’t gotten the gastric sleeve surgery and started losing the weight when I did, that my back might not have recovered nearly as well as it has. Just a few days ago, it has been three years since I had my gastric sleeve surgery and I met my goal weight of 150# last month in November!! I have lost 125# and I am very happy. The first 80# came off super fast and then it took some time for the other weight to come off. I continue to be diligent on my eating, vitamins and protein shakes. I did not given up on my goal weight, I just didn’t worry about it. I continued to live my life and be happy with the progress that I had made. Love my life!
