I did so much research before choosing OCC and I am so glad I did. Dr. Ortiz was wonderful and the staff was great. I was treated better than any hospital I HAVE EVER BEEN WITH.
I have struggled with my weight since grade school. I was a child victim of sexual abuse and used food to cope. I felt my developing body caused this to happen to me, and if I was heavy, no one would want to touch me. It took me many years and a lot of counseling to figure out what I was doing. I was pre-diabetic and had sleep apnea. I decided to take my health into my own hands. I also did it for vanity reasons as well. As someone who always struggled I wanted to feel better about myself and my health as well.
