After an awful divorce and years of misery, I decided to do something for me. Something to better myself for my future with my daughter as I knew I would be raising her alone. I knew I need to get healthy, my father passed away at 44 from a heart attack and I was approaching 40 fast. I was suffering from borderline diabetes and extremely high blood pressure. Now I can say I am no longer on any medication, and have made a life full of happiness and health. Setting the example for my daughter that healthy is the ONLY way to be.
