I can’t thank OCC enough for the changes in my life. I’ve battled my entire life with being obese. I’ve tried every diet you can think of. Hating myself more with each failure that inevitably came. Add to that hypothyroidism and PCOS and I felt completely hopeless. I found OCC website by chance one day and immediately knew this was my chance to reclaim my life. I got the information from them and within days I put the deposit down and scheduled surgery. I struggled to lose the pre op weight (as usual). Somehow I made it by the time surgery came around. I traveled alone. Afraid. Excited. Hopeful. I received amazing care. I am an RN in the states and the care surpassed what you normally get back home. Very impressive team. So thorough and kind. My surgery went very well. I was sore and tired for the first few days but nothing I couldn’t handle. My weight came off very slowly at first. Being a lower BMI this was expected. However my 2 sleeve sisters and I encouraged each other through the process and I have made it to goal weight and have been maintaining for months now. Those 2 ladies have become like sisters to me. We keep in touch daily. So not only did I lose this weight, lower my BP, conquer my fears, but I also gained lifelong sisterhood. From the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you to the doctors and entire team at OCC. You are doing Gods work. Truly. I am a changed woman. This tool is amazing.
