I knew I needed a change and so I decided to go for it. On January 20, 2022 I made a call to occ and got scheduled for sleeve surgery and began a pre op diet that day at 245 lbs. I had my surgery Feb 20, 2022 and was at 213 lbs … now 8 months post op oct 2022 I now weigh 149 lbs. I have lost 96 lbs which is amazing but it is about so much more than that. I’m not sick and in bed all the time, I’m not tired, I’m no longer depressed. I feel absolutely amazing. I am able to run and play with my kids. I'm able to do anything I want to do now and have no limits. Thank you occ for giving me my life back. I will forever be grateful.
