These are my before and after -- first I had a lap band in 2012, and then emergency surgery to remove it in 2017. I had never really had rousing success with that anyway. Six months later, I went to OCC and had the sleeve. January 17, 2018. I also had a hip replacement a few months later -- I had walked with a cane. Now, four and a half years later, I have maintained my weight. I've done a pouch reset a few times, following Lucia's instructions. During Covid, I put on about 10 pounds, but I had gotten too thin. Me! Too thin! Words I never expected to put in the same sentence. Even more importantly than the weight are the health conditions that I just assumed I would have forever. All gone, and healthy almost always. Thank you OCC!!!
